Hello all!

I've somehow fallen into IT support and I'm currently paying my dues on a support desk whilst I gain experience and certs.

So far I've achived Computer Science BSC, 70-680 and 70-686.

Probably looking at ITIL V3 Foundation and CCNET as my next exams to take, then maybe some Windows 2008 certs as Im aiming for a sysad role eventually.

Hope I can get and maybe give help here
