hi dannyshaw im new here too, have you seen the The Guide to Self-Study post under Training & Development, thats were i started and i have orded the first book... let me no if that helped.

trying to get on compTIA A+ with learndirect but i should be put on a intro into IT but should be easy...

 

Study. I'd recommend the A+ All-in-One Exam Guide 6th Edition by Meyers and PC Technician Street Smarts by Pyles. And if you need practice exams, there's one that I'm awfully partial to. ;)
