    Morning all,

    I just wanted to pop on and introduce myself. :)

    My name's Marc and I've just turned 20. I'm currently working in a 1st/2nd line remote support position and I'm rapidly building on both my experience and my certifications.

    Well, I'd better make a move as I officially start work in 2 mins but I'll pop back on later with a bit more about me! :biggrin
