    Stumbled over this forum whilst looking for some good Cisco certification advice/info.

    Current situation is that I am in a well paid job as a Telecommunications contractor - all my experience is in transmission systems, namely SDH and DWDM for various vendors with a sprinkling of experience on DSLAM's.

    I have been saying for the past 4 years that I was goign to get CCNA's but never got round to it! Decided last November to book the exam in 5 weeks and started my revision, got into the exam with a little confidence and thought after te first few questions "Am I in the right one?". Managed a score of circa 635 (can't remember now), and thought - s**t that was harder than I thought. So yes - I was complacent!
    Anyway - new exam booked for 5 weeks time and might delay it if i feel that I could do with another couple of weeks.

    Future plans once ths one is out of the way - CCNA, A+, Security+/CCSP or possibly CCNP.
