    Hi
I was directed to this site from elsewhere, as I was researching on what is the best way to go about getting an MCSE. I have been in the IT industry for a long time specializing in Novell products, however I now find that finding a Novell contract is getting difficult.

Can anyone help me by pointing me in the right direction to getting an MCSE at a reasonable cost?

    Thank you all in advance

Hi and welcome to CF, for me self study is the way to go......but self study is not for everyone! If you go for a training centre then you will pay a fair bit of cash just for them to tell you to "read the books then get back to us if you have problems" (or something along those lines)

have a look at this and this will give you the books you need for the MCSE

That's cause nobody uses Novell anymore. :)

Grab some books, and you're good to go! :)

I spend most of my time migrating from Novell to Windows domains. Unfortunately it looks like Novell is on the way out.

Best of luck with the MCSE mate 8)
