    The forums look great, I'm glad to be here :D and I hope to add some value :unsure

    Some may already know a bit about me, but here's a quick intro...
    I've been in IT for well over a decade. My experiences consist of a number of positions including call center, helpdesk, Several Admin hats, NOC & IT Manager. I'm currently working as a Network Architect.
