I've just moved to Sidcup and currently working as a PC/Network engineer in Central London. I'm slowly working my way through different qualifications to help me find that perfect job. I've been moving between jobs a fair bit over the last couple of years to get the experience i need. I'm finding it difficult, it's a bit of a catch 22 situation. I wont get employed with out the experience but no one will give me the experience I need.

If you're currently working as a PC/Network engineer, then you're *getting* experience.

true, although atm the new job is more telecoms and PC/Laptop repair. The telecoms is how ever slowly being moved over to VOIP. All the wireless kit thats been installed so far is ZyXEL and i've been sent on a basic course already. The new employer has said they'll pay for my CCNA apon completion :)

You're just starting out... that's the kind of experience you get early in your IT career. As time goes on, you'll be given many more interesting responsibilities... and if you're not given that at your job, switch to another. :)
