    Hi
My name is Constantin and I'm from Romania. I've come here in September, and I've been looking for a job since then. I worked as a Sky Engineer(self-employed) for 4 months but now they told that work got scarce so here I am.

I've got a background in IT, high school and university in computer science, but no working experience in the field.

I'm looking for some advice from you guys. I know it's hard to get a job nowadays, especially if you're a foreigner, but I keep hoping.

Do you think that matters to say in my CV that I have CRB check to look more trustworthy? Because until I've only got responses from scams(IT training ones) and recruitment agencies.

    Thank you.

If you've had a CRB check, saying so on your CV certainly couldn't hurt!

Not sure if being a foreigner makes a jot of difference (race descrimination is an offence that people take seriously), what matters is if you can shine as the right person for the job in the employers eyes, and the competition is high. All around the world and England is certainly no exception, finding suitable gainful employment is a job in and of itself.

Good luck and welcome to CF 8)
