Hi everyone, just thought I would say hello, I am 34 years old and have been working in a call centre for the last 2 years, I have just signed up to NITLC to do the MCSE course and am waiting on confirmation of the CDL, can't wait to get started. I made the decision to go with NITLC after collating as much information as I could and must say that I have found this forum to be very informative. I am a complete novice as far as computers go and am hoping that doing the MCSE will get me on the road to a career in IT although it does seem a bit daunting and am wondering what I have let myself in for. Anyway no turning back now
