How can I post a new thread here.. I am trying to post some of my problems. But everytime it says moderator will review and all that.
I have posted more than 5 times, but still i have the same issuue.

Can anyone tell me when will i be able to post in any other forum??
I need to discuss some of the problems which I faced with BCOC i.e Bickenhall college.

I am not able to submit any post in any other forum.
