for my first question i asked this : if we use a switch among hosts , can we make use of
    link-local addresses ?

for my second question : are we able to use site-local addresses in an environment that including a switch
    and hosts close to it?

for my third question : i suppose no global prefix is needed as you said just FEC0 or FE80 ?

    i see your answers mate

for the first one : link-local is unroutable i know that but you didn't say anything for switches . We can use
link-local in a switched environment (not a router included) ?

for the second one : site-local is used in a switched environment ? (also containing router)

for the third one : neither link-local nor site-local take global prefix?

    Switches aren't routers. So yes.
    As I said.
What 'global prefix'? As I said "They will have the usual FEx prefixes."
