    Hi people of Certforums,

Decided after a while of lurking I'd register.
My names Liam, and just started my working life as a technical support engineer =) currently loving it and the challenges that go with it.

Looking at MS Cert's would you say upgrading the MCDST to MCITP is definitely the way forward?

    Welcome! :)

Depends what work you're doing really i guess, the one up next would probably be the MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7 70-680 & 685.

If it's relative to your role now, or the role you want in the future it could be an option. I'm sure one of the other chaps on here will clarify it for you more fully
