    Hiya Zimbo, great link.

    I've started from the other end though (ooerr missus!) in as much as my basic training is in Psychological Science (cor blimey guv'nor). :blink

    Whilst I completely understand the way that Techs (or wannabee Techs, ie. me) perceive the end user there remains only one reason that Techs exist.

    Answers on a postcard (yes, all right, my system boots ok thanks) please!
