I can't help much as I am no longer in the UK but I would strongly advise you to search this forum for past threads on the various training providers. I am sure it will be quite an eye opener for you.

Have you considered self study? You will end up self studying believe me, so you might save yourself a fortune and achieve your goals. This site is here to help whichever way you chose.

    Good luck,

    Pete

Got to agree with what Bluerinse said.

Some times the best means to an end is to help yourself.

If you have previous experience then perhaps you may be able to teach yourself, and save a fortune. If you're new to being a developer then you could still gain the certs you aspire to through self study, but may find it hard going.

Ultimately it all depends on you as a person. Can you motivate yourself to set your own deadlines and learn, or do you need those deadlines to be set for you?

I think self-study is a great way to learn as well. :D
And(as was already said) it would be less expensive,
    I believe.

All the best in the IT studying whichever route you decide
    to take.
