Just been re writing my CV and covering letter. Would really appreciate any comments or advice. What do you think?

Just to give you a little info of where I’m at in my career at the moment.

Have been working in IT for about three years now. All of which have been working at schools. I am currently working as an IT technician doing all most everything my network manager does and I feel its time to move on.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to express my interest in the position of ICT Network Manager. I am a talented IT professional with extensive experience in the areas of RM networking software, network and systems administration, Sims administrant and project management. I have been a vital part of the growth and success of the schools for which I have worked with and made a noticeable contribution to the increase to their network infrastructure year on year.

My background encompasses a wide range of IT knowledge. On a typical day I would deal with user account issues with in the Active directory and RM manager, retrieving lost or deleted files with in NT back up, remote desk top support, issuing of new hardware, repairs of existing hardware, installing software applications across the network, VLE administration and problem solve, Smart Phone syncing to mail severs and trouble shooting. When necessary I asses the network infrastructure and look at what is essential and what we would like to have done to extend and renew the infrastructure of the network.

I am experienced in strategic planning, technology implementation, technical support, network and system management. I also deal with budget management, planned and led operating systems migrations, network upgrades, projects and system implementations.

I have advanced workplace skills in teamwork, support development and presenting information in a user friendly way as well as the capacity to work independently. I also have excellent interpersonal skills and am able to communicate at every level from assisting and helping staff/students with a basic understanding to dealing with people at senior management level and experts within the profession.

I have a clean driving license and have been CRB checked. I am young with no dependants, enthusiastic, presentable, punctual and willing to go the extra mile and am available to travel at short notice.

That and the fact the you've edited half of it out, there's not much to go on.
Upload it as it stands and we'll look. OK, take out your personal details, but don't go nuts...
