Hai all,
I have around 20 months of experience, first 10months as field engineer and next ten months as desktop support. Now if i get a job in BPO as Techsuppport executive, will it be counted as my experience? The problem is BPO is an ITES , now i am in IT, If i suddenly change my field to ITES the experience might become null..Any suggestions? Thanx in advance

Taking another job isn't going to just render the previous 20 months non existent... Any experience is experience on the CV.
