Hello all. I work in the 2nd line of a call centre (tech support-ish) though my experience is more practical than tangible qualifications

I'm based in Scotland and looking to get in involved with Certs to forward my career

Looking at some exams that will help me with server or desktop support, am thinking mainly about the costs of the exams (and learning material) and the time to actually revise etc.

WIll be collating a more precise query on the main forum in time, but for now. HI!
