    Hi all,

Well I gradutated in BSc Information Systems (usless to be honest) and been working for around 18 months as a field support technician supporting PDA devices (windows mobile - hardware and software).

Main reason for joining this forum is for the advice really as I'm aiming to break into I.T because supporting PDAs is now getting tedious and I am not learning nothing new (and for more money :D).

I've started self studying the A+ and MCDST and so far finding it pretty good and am hoping this will land me a desktop support/helpdesk role.

    Thanks

    WIP: A+, MCDST
