    Hello everyone,

    I came here for help really. I'm at a point where I don't know what certifications to get. I don't know where to start. I have some support experience and NOC experience, but that's all. I want to go to the networking route but I don't know where to start. I don't have much networking experience (unfortunately)...

    Based on what you've said, the next logical choice is the Network+.
