    Hello Everyone!

Long time reader of the forum, first time poster.

My name is Nicky, I'm 29 and from south Wales. I work in 3rd line support with a mixture of Windows/Novell infrastructure.

I passed my MCDST in 2006 when I was in the heady early days of my IT career.

After a few years of resting on my laurels I've decided I want to go the next level and either go for an MCSE or MCITP or similar - still not sure yet, trying to keep my options open.

    Anyway, hello.

Welcome Nicky and good luck with whatever you decide to study for!

As for which you decide ... I'd go for the one that's most relevant to your current job role as it will certainly make it easier to study for and you may learn something you can implement on your work systems to their benefit!

    Im from south wales too..

I been doing the Server Admin 2008 MCITP track after working with NT4/2003 /2008 for years

Not been studying much though of recent, the weather is too nice :) But ultimately need to

    Croeso Llew. Sut wyt ti?

That's the upper limit of my Welsh I think. Funnily enough I'm fairly fluent in French and quite useless in my mother tongue. Although I have promised myself I'll learn it soon. I was put off so badly by the fact my comp school Welsh teacher was a heinous beast of a lady!
