Hi, I'm 30 and I'm from Chesterfield in the UK.

I recently took voluntary redundancy from a manufacturing company where I worked for 11 years

I want to make a drastic career change (I worked on a production line making horseshoes!), hopefully becoming a PC technician or something like.

I have the ECDL (basic I know) and now I'm hoping to study for the A+ at home.

Any advice welcome!

Its a small world, I grew up in Chesterfield. I lived in Old Whittington till the age of 8 then New Whittington till I was 20. I then moved to Newbold till I was 26 and then Brampton. I live near Sherwood Forest now I just moved here about 2 months ago.

I know Holme Hall, I had a friend that lived in those flats across from the Holme Hall pub for a while. They do a nice Sunday dinner over there
