Found these forums whilst looking for information about people who had completed certification and had success finding work or swapping careers etc. Was surprised to discover a wealth of information and also forums for people who are studying the different courses. In my case I will be studying the Cisco CCNA course with the Open University next year so this site will be very helpful!

I have worked for the last five years as a IT Support Technician (in the UK) with a job scope from first line support up to server management. I also do a bit of C# & SQL developent for small applications running on our Intranet.
