hiya all,
I started a scheidegger course in december
the CIW website design manager
but no longer want to continue with it as i never started it at all in the first place, and never sent any assignments off!
I have made a few phone calls to them asking them to cancel it but they said its too late
my first phone call was in january when i had a letter saying i owe £70
now ive just had a letter saying I owe £170
how do I cancel?

Realisticly you are going to find it very hard to cancel.

When you signed up to the course you will have had what is called a 'cooling off' period. This is usually 21 days or so. As this period has passed you are unfortunately stuck with the course.

You may feel that you have been hard done by, but as others have found out, you are usually stuck with it.

I'd suggest that you try and make a go of the course, rather than simply paying out for nothing.
