I found this site while searching for info on the MCSA/MCSE qualifications. I.ve been lurking here several weeks, but thought I would introduce myself. (nervously peers around door)

Compared to some of you, I have very limited IT skills (an ECDL and a C&G Diploma Level 2 in ICT support). I'm currently in a dead-end job, and want to get something better. As I've got 2 PCs (both home-built), I thought I would go the self-study route and start with the A+ to show that I have a good general knowledge of hardware/software. I've bought the Myers book some of you recommend, and am studying a couple of evenings and one full day a week. My long-term goal is the MCSE in MS Windows Server 2003; but I am not thinking much about that yet.

BTW: If I ask stupid questions, will I get sensible answers?
