They are thinking of releasing a limited gold edition of Star Wars on DVD. The complete box set? All the films and a special booklet.

I just bought the Silver DVD box set of episode IV, V, VI.

    Gutted!!

It's like Windows they just keep releasing different versions.

    What's happening with Long Horn?

Does anybody know when it will be released?

I can't help wonder if MS staff pulled the names Long Horn and Vista from a hat while on their lunch break.

Vista will be released for consumers in Jan 2007...and I have a limited Gold edition of the original Star Wars Box Set...they were released the same time as the Silver ones...what you're talking about is the fact that Mr Lucas will be releasing the original versions (the ones shown for the first time in the cinemas) on DVD in their original state but still digitally remastered but not with new material like the ones I have...thats what he will be releasing on DVD...but I am waiting for when he does a full box set of the other 3 Star Wars movies...when are they ready?!?!
