We do them every year and they are a waste of time IMO. I slate my boss every time on it and he is still there (its not just me either, its the whole team lol). Im guessing ours are annonymous coz ive never had any comeback lol.

They only do it to make you feel good.
It could be that they get filed straight in the bin.
