    i am having problem with a win2K ...the cd rom ca read movies but can not read audio..what is the problem?any anwers

    Does the CD that you are trying to use work ok in another PC?

    (CD, not the Drive)

    yes it is workingbut when i wantt to play audioo it request for
    mci..what is that?

    MCI is part of the drivers for the sound card I think.

    can you get any sound at all from the PC?

    Try seeing if there is an updated driver for the sound card.
