Amost as bad as a call i got recently

"The factory restore on my dell pc doesnt work anymore, I've tried everything - it used to work though"

My reply being along the lines of "have you changed anything or done anything diffrent recently ?"

"Well yeh i did install a bigger hard drive"

Ahaha - that's comedy gold. Almost as good as a support call I picked up at the beginning of this week from our support guys. I know they pass me calls for teh lulz quite often, so I wasn't overly concerned when the call subject was "Major problem with global 3G network coverage!!!". Sure enough, I took a look at the user's 3G fob... he'd removed the SIM from it and put it in his Blackberry for some reason...
