Thanks, all. I've gotten back a detailed message from the publisher with suggestions based on my trial submission. All standard looking stuff except that I have to print out my screen shots and draw the callouts on them. I can either send them in as .pdf files to their ftp server or mail them in once a week. Mail them in? Man, that'll be a lot of postage. Got to find a way to deal with this one.

I have zip control of the pricing. That's the publisher's gig. I'll be more than happy to sign copies for anyone who asks but the problem is I'm halfway around the world from most of you. We'd have to trust the postal service to get them to and fro.
