Looks like a handy app.

Profile recreation is the standard fix for support desks. Effective solution and is fairly quick compared to actually working out where it's pulled from etc.

My theory is if it's a problem that happens alot fix it the hard way and document it. (Put your name on it and they'll think your god. lol) If not recreate the profile.
