    That is one impressive Flash vid Gav. It does give a fair slant on the film.

    2001 is by far the most extraordinary film ever made, especially when you consider when it was made 1968!! If it wasn't for Stanley Kubrick then all the other sci fi stuff since 2001 would not be anywhere near as good as it is now. he set the standard for everyone to try to match but being the perfectionist that he is, there aren't many directors that can match him. Oh and the music is so brilliantly complimentary to the visual imagery. That is also a Kubrick trademark.
