    Hi all, first post here but I've been reading the forums for a while. Already got my A+ and hoping to take N+ within the next month or so. I've been pretty fortunate with employment having been a PC salesman then worked in a call centre and now I'm looking after an entire network for a financial company.

    Loads of great advice and knowledge on here, I look forward to tapping into that while contributing some of my own experience and knowhow to others looking for IT qualifications... :biggrin
