Just a quick post to say hello!

Came across this site recently when looking for advice on certifications and have to say its been quite useful.

Currently I work in IT as a Fault Analyst, babysitting various networks and service, dealing with it when they go wrong. Although I do some of the tech work to prove faults, I do pass some stuff to other dept to deal with and shout at them when they fail SLA

Right now - the ugly boot is heading my way and I likely have around 3 months before I'll be redundant. While I have a lot of experience, I'm aware there are holes in my knowledge which will stop me going further. So I'm hoping to try and get some certification to boost my knowledge and help my future job prospects.

Starting with A+ and Network + as I think I can swing these with only a little study (mainly the network stuff) and move on from there.
