Good day all,

I thought I would join on the recommendation of a friend, who's been visiting these here forums for several years now apparently. I've been browsing around a little, here and there, and I must admit, this is a fantastic community and has provided me with some great insight.

As for me, I've just come back into the IT world as an "Trainee" Desktop Support Technician, though I have worked in IT in the past (total of 5+ years), with another 1.5 years in IT hardware sales (I hear you, "booo" ).

Anyway, hopefully I'll have a lot to learn, and a lot more to provide, so I'll be seeing you around these here forums.
