I'm not sure if I've ever explained my employment position and as I got some good news today I thought I'd make this the time tell you.

I currently work for a local regeneration project that focuses on helping education in some of the less fortunate areas in my region. One of the aims of the project is to provide IT technical help to all the schools within this catchment and thats what pays my wages.

I've been employed since January of this year after beind made redundant from a teaching job and I found out today that in april the school that I'm based at will be offering me a full time job with a payrise.

Thanks guys, I've only been working 31 hours a week on a 52 week a year contract. In the new position it will be 40 hours a week but 39 weeks a year........6 weeks off during summer Yippeee

Y'know Phil...I couldn't help but notice (I'm gonna get nailed for "over analyzing again) that your "I'm with stupid" sign has an arrow pointing up to Gav's post. You wouldn't be messing with "me mate" Gav now would you???
