    Morning All,

How are we this fine Tuesday?
Sorry Ive not been about much, been a busy bee working on my CCENT. I have it booked for late October and hopefully get through it.

Failed it twice now and its really hit my confidence so I have Boson & Transcender and have taken LOADS of notes. Plan on re-reading all my notes and so I know exactly what I have covered I will mark it off on the official objectives.

Weekends will be Test, Test, Test all the way through!

    Hope everyone is well.

    Cheers

Sucks when you fail an exam, especially more than once. It'll make it all the more sweeter when you pass though!

Yeah I heard that as well. They were lying mate ha ha.
The Fundamentals are pretty much like the N+ but then it goes into Switching and Routing and command lines etc. Please do bother mate as it really interesting. Even if you don't do the exam, its good stuff to know!!

Not bad mate. I think I got a bit too cocky last time and rushed through. What throws me is the fact that you cant go back and check your answers.

I'm working through my notes at the moment and checking off subjects from the official blueprint as I go.
After that, two weeks of practice tests and going to go for it I think. Aiming to have the full CCNA before December.

Excellent and we've all done that. My downfall was doing the job which gave me a false sense of confidence. I knew I could figure it out in work but I was foolish because there are often subjects that you will almost never mess with in reality. Forests for instance.
Going back to the blueprint is always the best idea mate. Exactly what you're doing. Tick off every area they will ask you about and you will slay it

Cheers Jim. I am going through the first couple of sections at the moment with tests at the weekend. Ideally, with a week to go, I will just hit the practice tests!

    Will keep you all informed.

Top man, practice tests are essential I've always found, you need someone to ask you something to realise that what you know, I fond anyway. I find it hard to just regurgitate what I know, I have to see a challenge or be asked a question to bring it to the surface ha ha
