    Hello all!

looking to start re-training for IT again (Picking up from A-Level ICT), currently a fraud investigator with some connection with supporting users.

Just started with the A+ this week thanks for the handy Search feature on this Resourceful Forum.

Think my direction is A+, N+ then MCDST or MCSE as a basis but not decided just yet, will require some advice so please be patient :biggrin

    Cheers!

    Welcome!

Just to let you know, MCSE isn't a base certification. There's a few threads talking about how over-certifying yourself can mean you shoot yourself in the foot. The A+,N+ and MCDST are probably the most common entry-level certs that most people speak highly of.
