hi can some help me please, i have set up a new user in AD and set them up a e-mail address, i can see them in All users when sending a e-mail but i can not see her in global address list help please

The GAL on most users machines only updates once a day. leave it a day, and it will appear fine.

Alternatively, provided the account has had time to replicate round the system, you can click on the down arrow just to the right of send/receive in outlook, and select 'Download Address Book'. that will download the latest GAL to your machine.

 

If you've only just done this then it takes up to 24hrs for the Exchange to populate the GAL.

You can force the change locally in Outlook by downloading the Address Book from the Send/Receive menu.
