    What does that spell...

    Yeah it was much harder than I thought it would be and did not cover a lot of the stuff I actually studied. I managed a 756 though. It asked a lot about HDCP and did not cover much on printers, connections, or other things. Lots of OS questions and network troubleshooting for some reason. I got two Vista questions which were pretty easy if you've done anything with Vista.

    I'd guess that the Vista questions weren't graded as they aren't officially in the material? Could be wrong!

    HDCP :dry - I have nearly finished reading the AiO book from Mike Myers through once and cannot remember seeing that anywhere??? :blink - just checked the glossary and it isn't in there.

    It's High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection, and it could come up in the A+ exam/s. If you're interested it's a copy-protection feature for HDMI/DVI.

    That or it's a typo (DHCP) :p

    Righto it was a typo, I got a bunch of question on DHCP as in Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol.

    Phew :D

    Bloody hell - that scared me for a minute there, even though Im just reading and not taking notes im sure I would recognise if I have read it before. I haven't quite got to the network chapter yet (im 1 away) so that is where I will be learning about DHCP i suppose.

    No date for the 602 quite yet, my father is coming to visit us in Japan for the first time in a couple of weeks so probably the payday after he leaves I'll sign up for it. It's mostly a cash flow issue, lets hope I don't goof up and fail, or my wife will kill me.

    And no beers either unfortunately, having a toddler and an infant kind of kills the chance for me to drink, haven't had a good drink in months, which is okay because I'm not much of a drinker anymore anyhow.
