I have decided that the shift away from PC Hardware construction (a job I really love) to fixing office machinery isn't going to "light my fire" at all, and so have decided to stay put where I am.
I am going to study the CCNA at a local college and possibly later go for a Microsoft MCSA or MCSE to gain a bit more certification (I know the MS certs are hard to attain as is the CCNA - but will put in the effort / commitment to achive these, and have also a good general understanding of some of the content through pre-study learning packages written by a US company called "testout").
BTW Spitfirebob, the cake was so good, I scoffed the lot!
