    Hi
    Working desktop support engineer in win 7 environment. Plz suggest ms certification
    Windows 7 configuration 70-680 or
    Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop support Technician 70-685
    Also Windows 7 Or Windows 8 or Windows 10
    Ur suggestion will change direction

    You need to do both the 680 and the 685(or 686) to become MCSA certified. If you're working in a Win 7 environment I personally think it would make sense to certify in that and then have a look at upgrade exams.

    Support giving to client side, no server exp. Is it a right certification for me sseudonym? or I should go for Cisco/comtia but having less network exp.
    Plz suggest I want to work in UAE as per my Job role.

    It's difficult for me to give you advice, as you're probably more experienced than me, yourself. If I were you I would certify the desktop skills you have. The Win 7 MCSA is tough so I think employers will look favourably upon somebody with experience plus that certification.
