    Hello everybody.
After quite a while I must first of apologise to you all due to the delay in getting back to the post.

I have now sorted the problem with the new parts that I have purchased on eBay.
The CPU in question has been in use sense 2 days ago and no problem along with the memory from the old system.

Now I have tested the parts purchased on eBay before hand and I tested the new CPU and Memory on the doubtefull motherboard and here it is, the problem still remains, so considering all things, the motherboard was the culprid of all this mess.

Thanks ever so much to all of you out there that took special interest in the post and please carry on the good work.

    You all take care.
