Because I'm a geek. I found all my 5.25 floppys when I was in Oz and now I want to make new copies/backups and also install some of the systems into VMs.

I don't think modern bioses support 5.25" floppy drives?

Good luck reading that old 5.25 media, it was never the best even in its day, I have enough trouble reading my old 3.5 media... :biggrin

I'd get it backed up onto something more reliable sharpish !

You've highlighted a big problem, alot of media just doesn't age well including CDR.

I think I'll need it as the disks have been sitting in a cardboard box in an underground garage for the last 11 or so years.:blink
