First call back

    Got my first call back yesterday within half an hour of sending off my CV for an actual 1st line helpdesk role and not from one of those training providers. :blink

    I owe this to following the advice in the CV thread and the awesome 'How I got into IT' thread.
    Now lets hope I can land the job.
