I’m trying to transfer my firefox bookmarks to a different computer downstairs. Now I’m not to sure which files have to be transferred. Is there a utility that can do this for you like in IE? Thanks

install a extension called foxmarks

its awesome,

it will allow you to sync both pc's bookmarks

 

You can also open the Bookmarks Manager and choose File > Export.

 

goto start menu / run / type %appdata% / then goto mozilla / firefox / profiles / ev2eossa.default / you will see the bookmark folder. Copy & paste this folder in the same location on the computer downstairs.

just a question, but which way did you use?

 

The computer downstairs is a stand alone so I had to transfer the files onto my pen drive. So I did it the way Big-Toe-T said.
