I hear the test is a lot easier in the states compared to the UK

Edit, whoops, forgot this bit - congrats on passing Phoenix. First attempt?

I also hear that the use of the horn is mandatory in all circumstances. I believe it has to be sounded at the slightest provocation and if a car close to you sounds his horn you HAVE to sound yours as well :ohmy

I remember reading a while back the yanks never understood how to use a roundabout :D, seems like they are becoming more popular in the states nowadays.

LOL - thats a great story. I would ask though, how does planting shrubs in the centre of the roundabout stop accidents, were they simply driving over em?

Mind you, the UK Government/Local Government's drive to put a mini roundabout on the smallest road they can possibly find is ridiculous. I'm just waiting for em to put a roundabout in the middle of a straight road - trust me, its gonna happen and remember you heard it here first :D

You know...I visited Europe in 1985 and it amazed me how much more aggressive drivers were than in the US...particularly when I visited Rome.

    Congrats Ryan!

I get so irritated when someone honks the horn. Honestly I just honk back, especially over stupidities.
