Hello everyone,

I have already made a few posts, and had alot of great advice from people for which i am very thankfull, but one or two people sugguested making a new members introduction so here goes...

I am 20 years old and have been working in various customer service roles since i left school 5 years ago
(ok starting to sound like a cv)

I have always been very intrested in I.T i especaily like problem solving. I have no qualifications in IT at all not even an GCSE but i have tought myself a great deal, from making mistakes(have had to re-install windows at least 5 times) and researching things on the internet.

I started looking at buying a pc off eBay i bought a self build but when i recieved it, it didn't work so i sent it back and got my refund. But after i thought what is stopping me from building one myself and then i could customise it to exactly what i want, so i had a look on the web on if it was possible for someone with no hardware knowledge to DIY.(I had previously upgraded my video card and thats it).anyway i found a site selling components,so i designed my pc (asked their tech support if it was all compatible) and built it. I was thilled, enjoyed everybit, and realised i would like to learn more.

so a friend working in IT advised I start looking at getting a cert and looking for an IT role, at first i went straight for a MCSA but after advice from people on here I started doing the A+ (self study).
