FireFox keepssaying i need a media player plugin, have Win Media 10 installed...
Works fine in IE

Er - it usualy gives more detail - plus a chance to download it.

Checking the FF site gives some info on this, plus a pointer to getting ActiveX stuff running in FF.

It says additional plugin required
click on the link and then says unknown plugin, manual install
when i click on that, the same page opens in a new browser and starts again?

Using version 1.5.0.2... (XP Media Centre)

 

What about the pointer I gave? It seems fairly comprehensive..
