I'm not entirely clear what you have passed.

If you have passed 601 and 602 then you have A+, and you don't need to take any further exams.

I am also unsure what you mean,

To have A+ you have to pass two exams 220-601 is mandatory then you do either 220-602, 220-603 or 220-604 most people do 220-602 as the second one.

As Harry says you do not need to do anymore.

To tell the truth I didn't even know those two certs existed. I'm not too sure I would want to admit doing a certification that says I'm shooting for call center work. Maybe a call center job is a valid career path to some other job, but that cert is not something I think that I would pursue.

As to why Comptia has "enrolled" you in those certs I couldn't say. Maybe that's their way of trying to convince you to spend more money with them.

    Hello there,

I signed into my Comptia profile the other day to check on my Net+ and I too noticed that the kind peeps at Comptia had enrolled me in those courses.....but ffreeloader's right looks like Comptia are hoping you do the others to generate a few more notes in their pocket.

220-603 and 220-604 are for remote desktop support there is no need to do them fi you already have your A+ you cant get it twice.

in that case... it might be a "common" mistake on their "customer advisors"?:P

anyways i was just curious to get some more "knowledge" within this a+ certificate, but i wasnt that interested to do Remote support.. ( MCDST would do a lot better i assume )

which is what i am studying now:D

Well, I wouldn't take it that way. I haven't been to the Comptia site in more than a couple of years. Maybe they have "enrolled" me too. I just wouldn't know, and couldn't care less. It just looks like a scheme to get the unwary to think they "have to" do those two tests as they are now "enrolled".

after my reply i thought that it could be that u didnt see it on yours ( apologies to what i have said )

i thought that could be just to get some extra from newbies:P but they have got a mistake thought:twisted:
Altought my certificate is on the way, i still have 220-602 "enrolled".

    But no more worried though
