    Hi All,

Got an issue with our exchange 2010 server. Internally staff are now losing access to the OAB in Outlook (no matter what version). Now here's the strange thing, externally when I connect Outlook to the Exchange server I can download the OAB.

To all Exchange experts out there, what am I missing?

How long has this been happening for mate?

Is the OAB URL in trusted sites internally, is it being blocked by a proxy?

do you have any event logs on clients or servers that go into more detail?
is the URL and any SSL for OAB access working fine?
Outlook 2003 accesses OAB differently to other newer clients, so the fact you are getting it across clients is very odd

When he says across clients, he means 2007 & 2010 (which are pretty similar in the way they do things I guess). I'm not sure if we have anyone using Outlook 2003 still.

oh ok, 2007 and 2010 both use the CAS server Exchange file share for OAB not public folders :0)
